What’s the best over the counter mouth guard?I heard Sporting Goods stores have them or there’s?

the “Dr.’s Mouth Guard,” at drug stores. I had a dental guard designed and after dental work it no longer fits. I have to wait a few months until a new 1 is made. Someone said that after i buy them i cut them w/ a scizzors to make them fit my mouth (like i know exactly how many milimeters to shave off).What brand should i get?I’m not as worried about my teeth getting harmed in those few months but now I’m used to sleeping with a guard and can’t go to sleep w/out 1 !
