Dr. Herbie Versmels asked:

Very few people say the quality of health care will improve under the current plan. Many people say the quantity of health care will increase. As the numbers reveal, there will be higher demand. Either you pay more or you get less.

Why are you voting for this if you have a family or are planning children?

Edge Caliber asked:

Before fixing one problem you need to address another problem. The Debt and lack of available money. I support Universal Health Care but the current financial structure would not be able to support it. I do not find this a realistic goal and what the country needs now is cut backs not expansion.

How will health care reform affect salaries for doctors and nurses?

Mr Mister asked:

I’m trying to study to become a doctor and my friend wants to become a nurse. I’d curious as to how the current proposed reform, or any sort of national health care reform at all would affect those salaries. Would they increase/decrease/stay-the-same, and why? This question probably makes me sound greedy, or after money, but its kind of a big deal, so I’m curious.

Why do health care reform opponents like to ration health care in the way they do?

i_was_myself asked:

The current type of rationing is one of making medical care expensive enough that people with little means are hesitant to go to the doctor for anything. This results in people only getting medical attention when they are severely sick. Usually it is the most expensive type of care for their condition.

Those of you who argue that everyone has health care are defending this type of rationing. Why?
