Jay asked:

I am a pre-med student and am wondering how doctors will be affected by health care reform in terms of salary and work.

If doctors will be severely adversely affected, it’s not too late to go to law school.

Help me decide whether I should still pursue medicine despite the reform.

I have nothing against fat people, or people who smoke…

It just seems so hypocritical when he lectures me about my bad health behaviors. But on the other hand, is his personal life reason for me to believe I wouldn’t receive quality care from him?

Can preventive medicine be primary and medical clinics aid our health care system?

dankydodevil asked:

I believe holistic clinics as our forefront could aid us in the cost of health care. In other words preventive medicine clinics aid us in our health and the medical clinics would be free to assist the more argent needs of our people. This would cut down on minor health problems in the emergency rooms and clinics. The upside would be our people would become aware of future illness and how to care for themselves before it became a major issue. Plus we would become more insightful to our own health care and better educated. Yes, our education systems do not truly assist us thoroughly in these matters.

bloom3 asked:

I came across with this “health care seekers” when I was reading a medical journal. However, I am not quite sure what it means when they say “health care seekers”. Does it mean people who are interested in keeping their health fit? or Does it mean people who are trying to go to hospital to get medical check-up? or Does it mean who are already getting treatments? Also what does it mean by non health care seekers? I would really appreciate it if you could please answer my question. thanks for your help.

Jamee asked:

I am interested in becoming a holistic health practitioner. I need to know how to do that. Do I need to become a nurse first? I would like to have the knowledge of a doctor but not prescribe meds. Is this possible. What type of schooling should I do? I am not completely against medicine. I just want to be more natural. Someone help me out here?
