I am asking this question, because I think
it is rather hypocritical, for the American people to do so.

Why do they don’t want a socialist health care program, when they already have one? If they are so against universal health care, why do they openly support medicare so much?

Lillian :D asked:

I keep seeing advertisements on TV about how the government is going to control health care decisions, and how this is bad for the elderly…

How is this at all positive? What’s the argument?

Thanks ;]

Obama becoming intolerant of others opinions on health care?

Keith asked:

It seems that Obama has been ditching his ideological goal of bipartisanship. He stated at the beginning of his presidency that he would want to negotiate with Republicans, but now he’s claiming that his health care reform is too important for bipartisanship. Isn’t that contradictory? Additionally, when citizens protest and act according to their rights, he blames lobbyists for this…doesn’t he realize that we, the citizens, might not want this health care overall? This is our America, not his, right?

With health care costs soaring and people getting laid off, why are some scared of government intervention and?

Mike asked:

Why trust private insurance companies with your life, especially in today’s current conditions? They have revealed themselves as a large business making machine, with profit first, people and health care last. History has shown that government has stepped in on more than one occasion when the private sector failed to take care of it’s business. Why do people fear government? History can prove that there are current robber barons in Wall Street as well as Main Street.
