How will the Health Care Reform of President Obama affect people with South Carolina Medicaid?

My concern is about people who only have Medicaid, but not Medicare. At present SC Medicaid imposes a limit of 12 per fiscal year in the number of visits to the Doctor and a limit of 8 to the Chiropractic. Also there is a limit of 4 medicine prescriptions per month per patient.

Will the the Health Care Reform be the solution to these restrictions?

How can people possibly want the health care systems the rest of the developed world has?

Kevin (gonna “B” a daddy 2/26/11 !) asked:

EVERY SINGLE COUNTRY in the developed world lives longer than Americans, and pays less per capita on health care than the US.

Why would anyone want those health care plans? The American one is obviously far superior, since it is more expensive, and gives us a shorter life span than those losers.

GO USA! BETTER DEAD THAN RED! (Literally!)

If the elderly are going to take health care reform from the young because of lies, should we consider it?

So old people are essentially saying “I don’t believe what Obama says, I believe Republicans.” They’re essentially saying, “I don’t care about anyone’s health care but my own.”

So should we actually consider doing what they’re accusing those who want health care of doing? If they are so gullible are they truly a lode stone upon society?

Modest intellect asked:

For a majority party with a huge approval rating, the Dems are acting like wusses. They can’t even agree amongst themselves on what a plan they want. They can be a steamroller but act like a Mini Cooper. What’s the deal, Libs? President Obama gives you carte blanche, and you make a mess of it. Just like any health care plan you come up with.

Todd asked:

I’m a little young to be asking this question, but I am destined to know. Because of Obama’s health care reform, and now that all Americans are going to be required to have government health insurance by law, what happens to the people who chooses to have private insurance? Would that even be a choice?
Also, what’s the major advantages/disadvantages of either insurance? Any additional info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What would you choose – going on vacation or passing health care reform?

leftofcenter asked:

That is the choice facing the House of Representatives, who are nearing a vote on historic health reform legislation but are scheduled to go on vacation at the end of next week.

I think the choice is fairly obvious: The House should keep working until they pass a health reform bill – health care is more important than vacation. What say you?
